we use a metrical sistem so in order to choose your size please have that on mind.

To find your pantie size please measure your waist 

S: from 60 to 70 cm  waist

M: from 7o to 80 cm  waist

L: from 80 to 90 cm  waist

To find your cup size (A or B) please measure, your imperium ( is the part of your body  under your boobs, measure it as if you were measuring your chest but without your boobs

30A: from 72 to 77 

30B: from 78 to 62

32A:from  78 to 82

32B: from 83 to 87

34A: from  83 to 87

34B: from  88 to 92

36A: from.88 to 92

36B: from 93 to 97

To measure your bra size measure your chest including your boobs

32:from 63 to 72

34: from 73 to 77
